St Mary’s Catholic School Celebrates Successful Inter-House Activities

St Mary’s Catholic School recently celebrated a successful series of Inter-House activities, including Girls’ Football, Boys’ Rugby, and the annual Cross Country Competition. Students from Years 7 to 11 demonstrated impressive energy, teamwork, and House spirit across all events, creating a vibrant and supportive atmosphere.

In the football and rugby competitions, students delivered impressive displays of strength, strategy, and respect on the field, while enthusiastic supporters contributed to the strong sense of community. The Cross-Country activity saw students challenge of either a 3K or 4K route with determination, contributing valuable points for their Houses and encouraging one another throughout.

The school extends its thanks to the Year 10 and Sixth Form student leaders for assisting with the sporting events and offers special recognition to the Year 10 GCSE PE students, whose work as course marshals helped ensure the Cross Country ran smoothly.
