Trust IT Manager
To lead a Trust-wide audit of IT provision across the Trust and schools, evaluating existing systems and practices and developing a strategic improvement plan to enhance the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of IT services, supporting teaching, learning and operational performance across the Trust.
Trust Marketing Manager
To support marketing, pupil recruitment, and communication strategies for all academies across the Trust. To develop and deliver marketing plans in line with the Trust’s goals, and to create material to communicate the Trust’s ethos, vision and values.
Finance Manager
To support the CFO and Headteachers across the Trust with all financial matters. To support financial operations across all academies from a centralised perspective, ensuring consistency and efficiency in all aspects of Trust finances.
Finance Assistant Manager
To support the CFO and Trust Finance Manager in financial work across the Trust. To support financial operations across all academies from a centralised perspective and play a key role in the preparation of management accounts and annual budgeting.

Assistant Lead of Catholic Life
Thomas is the Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Catholic Life at St Mary’s Catholic School. In his role as Assistant Lead of Catholic for the Trust, he supports and develops Catholic Life across all schools. He provides high-quality staff formation that enables teachers to confidently lead pupils in prayer and faith development. Working closely with school leaders, he helps embed the Trust's Catholic mission, ethos and values, and to coordinate Trust-wide liturgies and celebrations that strengthen unity and shared identity.
EYFS Lead
Lisa is the Assistant Headteacher at St Joseph’s Catholic Primar School (Bishop’s Stortford). In her role as EYFS Lead for the Trust, she leads and promotes excellence in Early Years, fostering strong collaboration across all schools. She works with practitioners to build confidence, enhance provision and support professional development, helping to secure the best outcomes for our youngest children.
Oracy & Writing Lead for EYFS & KS1
Nicky is the Early Years and Key Stage 1 Leader at St Augustine’s Catholic Primary School. In her role as Oracy & Writing Lead for EYFS & KS1 for the Trust, she supports the development of writing across the Trust by working with Headteachers, English and Oracy Leads to embed a consistent oracy-to-writing approach across EYFS and KS1. She also helps strengthen teaching practice, enhance curriculum coherence and improve pupil attainment and engagement across all schools.
Writing and Oracy Lead for KS2
Lexi is the Upper Key Stage 2 Lead at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School (Bishop’s Stortford). In her role as Writing and Oracy Lead for KS2 for the Trust, she promotes a love of writing and meaningful opportunities for talk, ensuring that all pupils develop as confident communicators. She works collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust to build on existing strengths, share best practice and explore innovative approaches that inspire and engage children in their learning.
