Pupils and staff at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Waltham Cross enjoyed a vibrant and enriching Cultural Celebration week.
Throughout the week, each class explored different countries, learning new languages, listening to traditional songs and stories, and discovering interesting cultural facts. The excitement culminated in a joyful celebration assembly, where students proudly showcased what they had learned.
A highlight of the week was the International Food Market Day held on 22nd May 2025. Headteacher Mrs Katie Moseley shared that pupil wore clothing reflecting their family and culture, while families came together as a community to serve their heart-warming 'recipes of hope'. Parents generously contributed a variety of delicious dishes, creating a vibrant and memorable experience for all involved.
