Ruth is Assistant to the Trust SEND Lead; she works closely with the Trust SEND Lead, SENCOs and school teams to strengthen SEND provision across the Trust. She supports consistent practice, effective EHCP implementation, and inclusive classroom strategies so all children can achieve, belong and thrive. She also leads SEND‑focused CPD at school and Trust level.
