Barbara is our Deputy CEO . Before taking up post in early 2025 she was Executive Headteacher at St Joseph's Waltham Cross. Barbara has worked in Primary School Improvement for the Trust since 2023 and also leads Safeguarding. Barbara has worked in schools in London, Wales and Hertfordshire. Being in leadership positions for the past 17 years as SENCo, Assistant Headteacher, Deputy and Headteacher. Barbara has supported school improvement across many schools and boroughs throughout her career, ensuring pupil outcomes are at the heart of everything.
