Above all, we seek to be a Trust whose pupils, staff and wider community work together in a spirit that is collaborative, humble and collegiate. We look for consensus; and where consensus cannot be reached, we practise tolerance and reconciliation. We recognise that how we work together is often as important as the destination and outcome of that work.
